It's a little darker in the mornings when I rise at 5:30. There's a chill in the air, I think Fall is just around the corner. When the weather takes a turn I want to start nesting. To organize, clean, fluff, and bring out the warm cozy colors of Fall. Another fun Fall tradition is attending some of the great Antique/Junk shows in the Northwest. Here's a few to put on your calender:

* Funky Junk Antique Show & Craft Market

There are so many things we can do that are of little or no cost that can make each day a little more special. Here are a few ideas:

1. Hand write a special note of "Thanks" or "Just Because" to a special friend.

2. Next time you are at the market, buy fresh flowers for your home.

3. Use cloth napkins instead of paper napkins.

4. Buy a lovely scented soap for your bath, it will make you smile every time you wash your
hands.

5. Cut herbs from your garden as a bouquet on their own or mixed with cut flowers.

6. Light candles at your next meal, make the ordinary more special.
